2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Vintner's Reserve

Our Texas High Plains Cabernet Sauvignonl from our Cerro Santo estate vineyard displays characteristic aromas of blackberry, mint, cloves, and cedar, but after an extended aging period in exclusively French oak to heighten its complexity, now carries additional flavors of chocolate, leather, tobacco, and coconut. Our barrel-aged Cabernet Vintner's Reserve is a perfect accompaniment to rich, flavorful meals, grilled meats, and nutty, aged cheeses.
 
Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Vintner's Reserve won a Gold medal at the San Antonio Rodeo Wine Competition in 2020.
