2019 Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect introduction to light and refreshing dry white wines, and ours is particularly special because it’s grown in our Texas High Plains terroir, which imbues the grapes with their own unique characteristics. This wine displays vivid aromas of lime and lemongrass, and tangy fruit flavors of white peach and passion fruit. Our lively Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with grilled chicken or fish, Mexican food, and soft herbed cheeses.
 
Our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc medalled at three wine competitions in 2020: the Lone Star International, the San Antonio Rodeo Wine Competition, and Houston Stock Show and Rodeo Uncorked Wine Competition.
