2019 Satín Red Blend

Inspired by the character of the individual varieties, our winemaker's goal when he created this wine was to compose a blend showcasing the smooth, rich, complex tapestry possible with Texas High Plains winegrapes. We are thrilled that he succeeded, and Satín was born. Our velvety red Satín blend balances lovely aromas of baking spice and coconut with notes of plum, dark chocolate, and cloves. It pairs well with tomato-based pasta dishes, a hearty Texas chili, and hard, aged cheeses like Manchego and Pecorino Romano.
